Protein Bars - Recommended UseUpdated 3 months ago

Protein Bars

Whether it’s weight training or endurance-based sport, the protein bar is best eaten within 30 minutes post-exercise to deliver protein that will contribute for muscle mass growth and maintenance.

The bar can also be consumed as a protein snack throughout the day to help sustain your energy levels (if going more than 4 hours between meals).

While our protein bar is a convenient way to get protein into your diet, it should not be your main protein source. Rather, opt for whole food protein sources like chicken, fish, tofu, eggs, or legumes and use the protein bar to supplement your protein intake as part of a balanced diet.

Protein20 Bars

Our PROTEIN20 bar can be thrown in your gym or work bag for after workouts or between meals, and because protein is a highly satiating nutrient, it keeps you fuller for longer than carbohydrates and fats.
