Go Isotonic Energy Gels 

Each GO Energy Isotonic Gel sachet contains 22 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on your sport or event, you should aim to consume 1-3+ gels every hour to reach a 60g-90g target intake. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Tear off the top of the packaging and squeeze the contents into your mouth as and when required.

 

Go Energy + Caffeine Gels 

Consume 1 sachet (60ml) 60 minutes prior to when you need the benefit. A further one or two gels can be consumed towards the end of your endurance exercise period when you feel you need a physical boost or to improve alertness and concentration. Simply tear off the top of the sachet and squeeze the gel directly into your mouth. Do not consume more than 4 sachets a day.

 

Go Energy + Electrolyte Gels

Consume 1 x GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel per hour during exercise lasting over a 90-minute period. Can be used alongside Go Isotonic Energy Gels. Simply tear off the top of the sachet and squeeze the gel directly into your mouth.
