Go Energy Mini Bar
Aim for 1 to 2 bars per hour or consume with other products to hit 60g of carbohydrate per hour during exercise. Can be used alongside our Go Isotonic Energy Gels, Beta Fuel Gels, Beta Fuel Powder or any Hydro Tablets.
Go Energy Bakes
Consume 1-2 bars per hour during prolonged exercise. Take with other SiS products to meet hourly carbohydrate requirements during exercise (60 - 90g). We would suggest using our Hydro Tablets, o Energy Isotonic Gels or Beta Fuel Gels/Powder
