Beta Fuel - Recommended useUpdated 3 months ago

Beta Fuel Gels

Each gel contains 40 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on your sport or event, you should aim to consume 1-3 gels every hour during exertion to reach an 80g-120g target intake. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Simply tear off the top of the packaging and squeeze the contents into your mouth as and when required.

Beta Fuel + Nootropics Gels

Just like the Beta Fuel Energy Gel, our Nootropics Gel contains 40 grams of carbohydrate, with added nootropic substances that can enhance cognitive performance, giving you that mental lift you might need, especially at the latter phases of exercise.

The Beta Fuel Gel with Nootropics contains 1 gram of the amino acid L-taurine, 250 milligrams of Cognizin® to enhance information processing and 200 milligrams of caffeine with 200 milligrams of L-theanine, the amino acid which has been shown to increase subjective feelings of alertness, while reducing feelings of ‘jitters’ that you get with caffeine alone. Consume directly from packaging, maximum of one serving per day. Do not consume more than 1 sachet a day.

Beta Fuel Energy Chews

Each chew bar contains 45 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on your sport or event, you should aim to consume 1-3 chew bars every hour during exertion to reach an 80g-120g target intake. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Simply tear open and remove the chew bars from the packet. They can be consumed as a bar or broken into individual chews, which each chew containing approximately 7 grams of carbohydrate.

Beta Fuel 80 Powder

One sachet of Beta Fuel Energy Drink contains one serving (82g) of powder. Tip the mix-and-go formula into 600ml of water and shake to dissolve. It's that simple. Sip little and often during prolonged endurance exercise. Use one powder sachet per hour or combine with Beta Fuel Gels or Chew Bar to hit hourly 80-120g carbohydrate intake.
