Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay

If your payment was placed via card payment, it may take up to 10 working days for your refund to settle back to your bank account. We recommend to keep an eye on your bank statements for the refund,

Paypal

If your payment was placed via Paypal, most of the time refunds are directly reverted, but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours for the funds to settle back to your account. 

Klarna

If your payment was made via Klarna then we will initiate the refund on the day of contact however it is then down to Klarna to provide your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days. You'll receive an app notification to your device, and an email confirmation, with updated pending refund information.
