My code isn't working what do I do?Updated 4 days ago
If you are having any issues applying your discount code, please could you check the following:
- Make sure that the products are not already discounted – unfortunately many of our discount codes will not work with items that already have a discount on them.
- Please make sure you are adding the code to the ‘View and Edit Basket’ page and not the ‘Checkout’ page.
- Please make sure you are spelling the discount code correctly.
If the code still isn't working for you, please could you send our Customer Experience Team a screenshot of the error message you are getting and they will be more than happy to help.
