Hydration tablets

Hydration Tablets are an effervescent tablet that dissolves in water, they effectively replace the electrolytes you lose through sweat. Just drop one into your bottle and our scientific formula will do the rest! Each tablet contains:

  • Chloride: 269mg
  • Sodium: 345mg
  • Potassium: 65mg
  • Magnesium: 8.1mg
  • Calcium: 102mg

USEAGE:

  1. Dissolve one hydro tablet in 500ml of water and consume 3-4 hours prior to your sporting event. Then consume a further 250-500ml in the hour before starting. During shorter exercise, where carbohydrate intake is not necessary, consume 500ml of hydro per hour. Once prepared consume within 24 hours and do not consume more than 4 tablets per day.

Immune tablets

Immune tablets are designed to support and maintain immune function during and after exercise. Vitamin C (200mg) and Iron (2.5mg) are known to contribute to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise in addition to your RDA.

USEAGE:

  1. Dissolve one immune tablet in 500ml water, once prepared consume within 24 hours. 
  2. Consume up to 1 tablet per day in addition to a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

*Do not use in place of Hydration tablets.
