Please ensure you are logged in to your SiS account to use the code. When you're logged into your account, you have an automatic 10% discount off of products.
The code will provide either 30% discount and the 10% already active on your account will add an extra 10% making 40% discount.
We understand that the discount is slightly confusing due to this as the discount you see only shows 30% however, it is actually 40% as you're logged in for the additional 10% off that is already applied to the product.
Our marketing team have informed us that the code used in this way is correct, and that British Rowing are aware of how the discount works and that this should be explained upon receiving the code.
