Are your products suitable for a keto diet?Updated 3 months ago

Keto diets are typically very low in carbohydrates and higher in fat. Protein products with lower carbs would be best to consume but they are still relatively low in fat. 

We suggest using nut butters or oils etc to your diet to increase fat contents, as we don't have any finished product specifically with a keto macro breakdown. 

At this time we don't market any product as 'keto friendly/suitable' so it would be down to personal preference regarding how/if certain products would fit within your specific diet plan.
