In our manufacturing facility, there is a high risk of milk allergen contamination. This means any powder will either contain milk as an intentional ingredient (bolded on the label) or will bear the risk of containing traces due to the potential cross contamination and will be labelled with the correct precautionary statement.

To date, due to the segregation of gel and powder manufacture, the milk cross contamination risk has managed to be avoided for gel products.

Other ‘may contain’ statements may vary based on cross contamination risk of raw materials and suppliers, not just within our manufacturing site, so it is impossible to complete a generic ‘may contain’ statement at this time.

Customers should always be directed to the label to review bolded allergens (for intentional ingredients) and relevant ‘may contain’ statements.
